🛩️ Level 1 Complex Flight Plan
Builds a Level 1 Complex (BVLOS) flight plan against the ASAR RPAS Operations Manual. Pulls route geometry from a CalTopo/SARTopo map, computes point of no return, critical points and recovery exposure, and checks conditions against the operating limits in Ops Manual §7.1 / §7.6.
This tool produces a planning document, not an authorization. It applies the limits recorded in the ASAR RPAS Operations Manual. Where this page and the manual disagree, the manual governs — and where the manual and the CARs disagree, the CARs prevail. The PIC remains responsible for the go/no-go decision.
